- Licensing
- Security work is delivered under NSW security licensing, with individual licences checked before deployment and monitored for expiry.
- Work health and safety
- Site inductions, SWMS, safety data sheets, PPE and hazard reporting are documented for each site.
- Screening
- Right-to-work, identity, licence and reference checks are completed before a team member attends a client site.
- Training
- Role and site-specific induction plus refresher training is recorded, including chemical handling and incident response.
- Insurance
- Public liability and workers compensation cover is maintained, with certificates provided on request.
- Reporting
- Incidents, inspections and rectifications are recorded in agreed formats and reviewed on a set cycle.
- Privacy
- Personal information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and our privacy policy.
- Environment
- Chemical selection, dilution control and waste stream handling are specified in the service plan.
- Subcontracting
- Where subcontractors are used, they are disclosed and held to the same screening and compliance requirements.

Can you complete our supplier prequalification?
Yes. We complete prequalification and tender documentation, including insurance certificates, WHS documentation, licensing evidence and referee details where available.
Do you use subcontractors?
Where subcontracting is used, it is disclosed before engagement and the subcontractor is held to the same screening, licensing and reporting requirements.
How is incident information stored?
Incident and inspection records are retained in line with legal obligations and our privacy policy, and provided to clients in the agreed reporting format.
Are your staff employed or engaged as contractors?
Engagement arrangements are confirmed during scoping and disclosed honestly, including any use of labour hire for surge or event coverage.
