VIGILUME Cleaning

Clean is an outcome. Control is how it stays that way.

VIGILUME turns cleaning from an assumed activity into a visible service standard — defined by area, frequency, condition, inspection and corrective action.

How the service is organised

Six things a cleaning programme has to hold together.

  1. 01

    Daily presentation

The condition a visitor, tenant or resident actually experiences, scheduled around when the site is used rather than when it is empty.

  2. 02

    Hygiene and amenities

Washrooms, kitchens and shared facilities resourced against real traffic, with servicing recorded so condition through the day is visible.

  3. 03

    Periodic and restorative work

Floors, carpets, high-level and pressure work planned with dates, before finishes reach the point where restoration stops being possible.

  4. 04

    Defect identification

The team reports what it sees — water ingress, damaged hardware, unsafe waste, failing surfaces — instead of cleaning around it every visit.

  5. 05

    Inspection and rectification

Independent inspections against the documented standard, with rectifications tracked to closure and repeat defects escalated as a cause.

  6. 06

    Environmental improvement

Chemical selection, dilution control and waste stream handling specified in the plan, with our environmental system described honestly as in development.

The observation advantage

Every clean is also an inspection opportunity.

Cleaning teams often see a property before management arrives and after occupants leave. Their observations can reveal maintenance, safety, access and behavioural issues long before they appear in a monthly report.

Most contracts waste that. We give the team a way to record what they see and a path for it to reach someone who can act.

  • A door that no longer latches, found on the morning round

  • Water staining that appears again after every heavy rain

  • Waste presented unsafely by the same tenancy each week

  • Evidence of unauthorised access in a stairwell

  • A floor surface degrading faster in one traffic line than anywhere else

Where we focus

Questions

Before you engage us

How do you define the standard?

By area, frequency and condition, in a document you can hold us to. A task list alone is not a standard, because it says nothing about the state the area should be in.

Who performs the inspections?

A supervisor who did not perform the shift. Self-inspection is not quality control, and we do not present it as such.

Do you provide digital inspection reporting?

Digital inspection verification is being developed. Today, inspections and rectifications are recorded and reported through our written process, and we will not describe a planned system as if it were live.

Are your environmental claims certified?

No. We specify chemical selection, dilution control and waste handling in the service plan, and our ISO 14001 environmental management system is listed as in development, not certified.

Have the current scope tested.

Send us the existing scope of works and the last three months of complaints. We will show you what is unmeasurable and what we would change.
